United States Postal Service (USPS) mail delivery takes place at the community mailboxes. There is a one-time mailbox fee of $50, which resupplies the HOA’s expense of erecting the shelter. If you’d like a mailbox, please contact treasurer@elkhornhoa.com regarding the setup process.
Front gate remote controls are available for purchase. Please contact gate@elkhornhoa.com to make purchase arrangements.
Big Mountain Tree Services has been the HOA’s go-to provider for hazard tree removal along the community road network. Mitch Crider and his team are professional and efficient.
In addition to hazard tree removal, they provide additional services such as lot clearing, stump grinding, tree trimming, and tree thinning.

Snow Removal
After many years of serving Elkhorn, Thomas Pacheco is no longer providing snow removal services.
We are actively searching for a replacement services provider and will post that information once it becomes available.
