Did you know that landowners in the State of Montana have a legal obligation to control the presence of noxious weeds? While this may seem like never ending battle, our noxious weeds eradication efforts do make a positive impact.

The Weed & Pest Committee focus efforts in noxious weeds along community roads. Annually, the HOA contracts with a local contractor to apply herbicide to areas that require attention.

There are two primary lists that we need to use when it comes to noxious weeds. The first comes from the State of Montana. The second list comes from Flathead County.
