Annual Dues
The current annual membership fees (per lot) have been set at $1,250. Membership fees are due January 31st of each year. Payments should be made payable to Elkhorn Homeowners Association, Inc. and mailed to Elkhorn Homeowners Association, Inc., 100 Antler Ridge Road, Whitefish, MT 59937.
Board of Directors
The Elkhorn Homeowners Association, Inc. (Elkhorn) organizes itself according to By-Laws, Rules, and Regulations of the Elkhorn Homeowners Association, Inc.. The by-laws define membership and specify that an annual meeting of the members shall be held, the third Saturday in July. At this meeting, the members of Elkhorn elect/re-elect the Board of Directors (BOD). The board consists of five directors whose responsibility is to manage the affairs of the association. The board elects one of its members as President and chooses a Treasurer and Secretary. Neither the Treasurer or Secretary need to be directors on the board. At this time, both the Treasurer and Secretary are also board members. Below are the current directors.
Committees
Along with the Board of Directors (BOD), Elkhorn has three primary committees to keep things running smoothly in the community. Like the BOD, these committees are managed by members of Elkhorn on a voluntary basis.
This committee works with property owners review building plans to make sure they conform to the CC&Rs.
The ACC Co-Chairs are Shawn Buck and Madelyn Russell.

This committee is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the road network within the Elkhorn neighborhood. Included within this committee are also gate, signage, and weed responsibilities.
